Guided by the principles of procedures and objective screening for qualified applicants and potential employees, we evaluate applicants according to the nature of employment through an in-depth interview conducted by a professional project consultant. The next step would be for candidates who pass the initial screening to be presented to the employer.

Socio-Cultural Orientation
